At Kindipet, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent refund process under the terms below.


2) Eligibility for refunds

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

  • The request is made through our official Contact or Support page.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Used grooming tools or opened hygiene products (for safety reasons).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

  • Crypto payments:

    • Refunds are handled manually through your provided wallet address.

    • The refund value will be based on the crypto amount received at the time of purchase, not current market rate.

    • Network transaction fees are non-refundable.


6) Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo or video of the issue.
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.


7) Order cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping. Once the product has been dispatched, you must follow the return process above.

  • For crypto orders, cancellations are possible only if the payment has not yet been confirmed on the blockchain.
